House SAMSA in Rovinj-Borik is situated in the quiet residential area Borik (“Pinewood”), an area abundant in trees and flower filled gardens, on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Rovinj, only 250 m from the beach. The Supermarket and Restaurants are ca. 150 m from our house.

Our house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday at the sea. Families and children are very welcome. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes on foot either along the forest path or through the village. The centre of Rovinj with its medieval narrow streets is only 2,5 km away.

You can choose between A4+1 for 2-5 people with a big terrace and direct approach to the garden, A2+2 for 2-4 people and S2 for 1-2 people, both on the 1st floor of the adjacent house.

All units are equipped with Air-conditioning, digital Sat-TV and Wi-Fi as well as bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, kitchen towels, cleaning utensils etc. Use of a washing machine in the basement is available available to all our guests at no extra cost.
